The Glass Workshop at the School of Art in Canberra has established an extremely successful and regular visiting artist program as part of its curriculum. Each semester an established glass artist, generally from overseas, comes into our Workshop for three weeks where, with the assistance of our students, they can pursue their work, provide critiques and feed-back and enjoy the Canberra Glass Workshop culture. Recent visiting aritsts include, Jaromir Rybak from the Czech Republic, Dante Marioni from Seattle and Proctor Fellow Mark Zirpel from the US.
